let’s get unstuck, together
Why is it so hard to do the things that should feel simple?
Resting without guilt. Starting a creative project. Moving your body in a way that feels good. Saying no when you need to (or want to!).
On paper, these don’t seem complicated. But in practice, resistance shows up. Self-criticism kicks in. You catch yourself wondering:
“Why can’t I just do this?”
“Why is this so easy for everyone else?”
“Why does it feel like something must be wrong with me?”
The truth is, nothing is wrong with you. Your brain and nervous system are simply following old survival maps. They’re designed to keep you safe, not help you grow. And while those maps may have served you once, today they keep you circling the same loops of perfectionism, people-pleasing, and overthinking.
The good news? Brains can change. Through the science of neuroplasticity and memory reconsolidation, we now know it’s possible to gently shift these predictive patterns and create new pathways of confidence, flexibility, and choice.
If willpower or effort alone could make change last, you’d already be thriving. What makes the difference is learning how to work with your brain and nervous system instead of against them.
That’s exactly what we’ll do in this 90-minute live class.
Change isn’t about pushing harder or forcing yourself into new habits. Real change happens when we understand how the brain and nervous system hold on to old survival maps and learn how to gently update them. Neurobiology shows us that our brains are wired to favor safety over growth, repeating familiar patterns even when they no longer serve us. Through the science of neuroplasticity and memory reconsolidation (what I call “route updates”), we now know it’s possible to shift these predictive patterns by creating new pathways of safety, flexibility, and choice.
If effort alone could make change last, you’d already be thriving. But when your nervous system and brain are still following old survival maps, willpower only gets you so far.
For the past ten years, I’ve guided hundreds of clients who’ve felt trapped in cycles of overthinking, shame, perfectionism, and people-pleasing. Despite trying every planner, schedule, or self-help book, change never seemed to stick, until they began working with their brain and nervous system, instead of against them.
This 90-minute live class will introduce my 5-Step Guide to Change, a model I’ve developed from thousands of hours of clinical training, research, and client experience. You’ll learn not just the “what” of change, but the “how” your brain actually updates and creates new patterns, all founded in neuroscience and neurobiology.

In this workshop you’ll learn to:
Recognize old predictive patterns and survival strategies that keep you stuck
Build small moments of safety in your brain and nervous system as the foundation for change
Observe and explore your patterns without judgment, using curiosity as your tool
Align with your deeper needs through internal attachment and repair practices
Take practical steps to create new neural pathways that last
What we won’t be doing: forcing ourselves into rigid change that relies on pressure, criticism, and willpower that always leaves us right back where we started.
What we will be doing: learning to gently rewire the brain’s survival maps so change feels possible, natural, and sustainable.
What People are saying:
I loved this! It broke down the concept of change and moving forward in simple and easy-to-understand ways from both a brain and body perspective. I loved that the material was easily digestible and full of ways I could use the tools in my life. I came out of it ready to change my patterns to build the life I wanted to lead. I love the tools I’ve learned to make the necessary changes for my overall well-being and, even better, that they’re realistic and easy to implement.
