Hi - I’m Trisha Wolfe. Trained in NARM® and Somatic Experiencing®, my life has always been centered on a love of learning and curiosity. On my own journey, I became curious about what makes people do the things they do, even when it goes against what they want for themselves.

Finding your way in the world doesn’t have to be hard. You don’t have to spend every moment efforting and trying to force change. Together, we can find more ease, balance, and space for you to know your own needs and move toward what you want.

My work is founded on the idea that our minds and bodies are inherently attuned to our own well-being and have the innate capacity to move toward goodness through realistic, neurobiological-based resilience practices and connection to ourselves and others. Everything I create is designed to help you change your lifelong habits & give you more movement toward what you want.

Here’s what people don’t tell you: you can have the best of intentions to be mindful, take better care of yourself, and practice self-care, but simply changing your behaviors isn’t that easy. More than just using force to try and change our behaviors, genuine resilience is about connecting to our vision of what we for ourselves, regulating our nervous system, and learning how to work with our brain instead of against it.
